2023-2024
Socially engaged art

Will Pham was invited as Associate Lecturer at the Royal College of Art (RCA) to create and lead a unit for cross year RCA Masters Level students ranging from Sculpture, Contemporary Art Practice, Curating Contemporary Art and others, to gather and explore ways of re-energising and feeling through materials and spaces through physical encounters and site visits to the An Viet Bathhouse, Centre 151, Museum of the Home, Whitechapel Gallery and public sculpture by Veronica Ryan.

Pham was responsible for teaching a group of 30 students in Week 1 and a group of 25 students in Week 2 through online, in person and blended learning environments.

The following year, I was invited to do an artist talk at the Royal College of Art in Dyson Lecture Theatre in 2024 for MA Arts and Humanities. It was followed by a conversation with Senior Lecturer Dr Shehnaz Suterwalla.
